Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. From Terry in sales who visited our property first and then returned again with Steve to check a couple of things all the way to the installer crew Paul, Chris and Derise and electricians Eddy and Ben (hope I haven't missed anyone) the process has been easy and hassle free. Very quick 2 weeks from deposit to completed install of Daikin with Air Touch 5 ducted system in existing double story house, with 9 outlets and 5 zones. Can't recommend Dale Air highly enough. Great company and great people.

First off i would like to thank Patrick from Dale air for his incredible professionalism and for being patient with me in all steps of the installation process. From rewriting quotes to answering all my enquiries and ensuring that he gets his best team to produce an amazing result.The installation team that came to install my unit today was superb and i was really amazed by Allen's leadership skills in guiding the rest of the boys to an amazing job overall. Had a new heater/air con installed by Bailey, Brett, Callum and Flynn, they where efficient and had the unit installed quite fast, they were all really kind and friendly and where happy to strike up a chat, really comfortable and friendly with our dog to which was quite nice. We decided to get a quote from Dale Air simply because their website was the easiest to understand regarding brands, pricing and rebates. Craig was great when he came out to quote, he explained all our options and any variations we could choose. Deciding to proceed, our reverse cycle heating and cooling was installed about 2 weeks later. The whole install was very efficient and wrapped up by early arvo. Big thanks to Rob, Brett, Jake and Owen for their hard work and cleanliness, especially with the poor weather. Definitely recommend Dale Air 5 stars!

We are very happy with our new Split System and are thrilled with the addition of the Airtouch2+ controller to our existing ducted heating/airconditioning system. From quote through to installation, the process has been very smooth.

Had our gas ducted heating & evap cooling systems removed and replaced with a new electric ducted heating & cooling system. Despite not being the cheapest quote, Patrick was great in explaining all the features and some really great advice that none of the other installers had provided during the quoting process.

The additional costs were justified when Rob, Callum and Owen arrived on installation day. Absolutely great guys, cheerful, well mannered and respectful. Did a great job with the installation, cleaned up (including vacuuming & wiping down surfaces!) when they were done. The kind of tradies you don't mind having around doing work.

We recently had a Fujitsu Ducted System and Airtouch 5 installed by one of the Teams from Dale Air and couldn't be happier with the end result. I started talking with Dale Air about a month prior to install and it was their wealth of knowledge, great product range and timely responses to my numerous questions which made us choose Dale Air as our preferred installer.

They understood our needs and preferences and the Fujitsu System ticked all the boxes. There were no pushy sales tactics, no pressure to buy a particular brand, just great service from start to finish.

We had an amazing install team with Shane, Luke, Brett and Luke the Sparky having the system up and running in no time. These guys were great to deal with and a credit to their company. Great Job by Dale Air: Super Smooth Experience

We just had a new electric ducted system installed by Dale Air, and I have to say Rob, Callum, and Owen did an awesome job! They arrived right on time at 8am and were done by 2:30pm, which is impressive for a 5 bedroom house.

It was a big job, from removing the old ducts, putting in the new system, and making sure everything was neat and tidy. They worked really well together, no mess left behind, and even took the old rubbish ducts with them before heading off. The boys from D Squad Electrical were also great. everything was spot on.

Big thanks to Paul too, he came out early on, gave us a clear quote, and even drew up the plan so the team knew exactly what to do. Everything was well organised and explained to us properly.

All up, really happy with how it all went; smooth, clean, and stress free. Highly recommend Dale Air if you’re looking to get ducted done!

Paul came out and provided a smart and efficient solution for heating and cooling my cathedral ceiling home, something no other company I've contacted had been able to provide. The price was very competitive, and on the installation day, Rob and Luke and rest of the team went above and beyond. They worked tirelessly in the roof space and under the stumps, showing real dedication to getting the job done right. Although the install took two days instead of one, they stayed late to make sure half the house was heated to get us through a cold Melbourne night. Great sales and service. Paul did a great job with the quotation and Jack, Bailey, Zabi and Allen did an excellent job with the install. There was actually a problem with the initial unit due to internal roof space but the team at Dale Air quickly upgraded it to a more flexible unit with a splittable internal unit free of charge which also resulted in a larger Government rebate due to the better efficiency of the newer unit.
