Frankston Air Conditioning Specialists for Heating and Cooling
Frankston is known to house some of the most pristine beaches in Australia, with some even calling its coastline the ‘envy of Melbourne’.
Besides housing the famous Frankston Beach and Olivers Hill Lookout, this south-eastern Melbourne suburb is a bustling hub of activities for families and communities during summer.
As it is close to the shoreline, Frankston enjoys relatively good weather throughout the year, although the temperature can soar beyond 40 degrees during hot summer days.

Heating Systems for Homes and Offices in Frankston
Your home and office deserve only the best heating systems. At Dale Air, we work with top brands that are leaders in their field, such as Daikin, Bonaire, Brivis, and more.
When we assess your space, we will be able to advise you on the best options to fit your budget and lifestyle. Our installers are qualified to handle all systems, especially the Ducted Gas Heating system.
The Ducted Gas Heating system allows you to heat your entire home through ductwork, ensuring that warm air is evenly distributed throughout the home. It is also cost-effective, efficient and environmentally friendly.
When ducted systems are enhanced with zoning systems, you can choose to turn on the heating for only certain areas or rooms, rather than the whole house.
Like most gas appliances, Ducted Gas Heating units are star rated. The higher the star rating, the more efficient it is. Changing over your old heater to a new and more efficient system can often cut your gas bill in half.
At Dale Air, we can help you choose a new heater that suits your budget and requirement. Plus, we can ensure that you get government rebates when you switch over to a high efficiency system. Please call us to find out more.
We also offer other heating systems, including:
- Split Systems Heating
- Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning
- Multi-Split Systems
- VRV Systems

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I attach Evaporative Air Conditioner to my Heating?
No. Evaporative air conditioning systems have much more air volume than ducted heaters.
Therefore, the ducting needs to be much bigger and the outlets are placed in a different position of the room than the heating vents.
What is the difference between air conditioning systems and evaporative air conditioners?
Air-conditioners condition the same air and have return air and supply registers.
Evaporative coolers don’t condition the air; they change air, so they bring in cool air and push out hot air via open windows (so there is no return air).
Do evaporative coolers need to be vented?
Evaporative air conditioners, unlike portable air-conditioners, do not require venting. However, the air forced out will still need an exit path, to ensure sufficient cooling. An open door or window is usually sufficient.
How often should I clean my cooler?
It is recommended that you clean your evaporative air conditioner at least once per year, at the end of the summer season. If the cooler is operating under harsh conditions, it may require a more frequent maintenance check. However, as the cooling unit is located on the roof, any maintenance or checks should be carried out by trained and qualified personnel.
