Very impressed and pleased with our experience with Dale Air. We had our old gas ducted and two old splits removed and a new ducted Daikin reverse cycle installed with Airtouch5 control and zoning. All of the team were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Terry was very helpful in providing all the information and recommendations to help us choose the right system and answering all of our questions. The onsite team (I'm terrible at remembering names!) arrived right on time and quickly removed all the old gear. They took me through the details of the installation to make sure everything went as planned. A top quality installation of the new system, completed promptly, despite the extra challenge of a couple of rain showers. The guys took all the rubbish away and made sure to vacuum any dust, etc in the house. They also gave me a proper run through of how to operate the system and the easy maintenance of the filters. With Melbourne's crazy weather we have already used the heating, cooling and fan functions - all work great! I absolutely recommend Dale Air!

They completed a beautifully neat and tidy installation. No mess afterwards either. Rob explained everything well and all my Qs were answered.
